Guarantee Terms and Conditions

1. Contact Us within 24 hours of reservation at info@wiisail.com.
   Your e-mail should include your contact details, website where the lower rate is available.
   The lower online rate must be bookable when Wiisail.com validate your claim.
2. The lower rate of the same boat must be found online at following conditions:
   – same Charter company
   – same base, same check-in and check-out dates
   – same booking conditions.
   The lower rate must be in the same currency. Wiisail.com will match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation through Wiisail.com is completed and not subject to cancellation.
3. If the claim is unsuccessful (not in accordance with our lowest rate guarantee terms and conditions),The cancellation policy are still applicable.
4. The “Lowest rate guarantee” does not apply to:
   – boats purchased with discounts “Boatshow”
   – boats purchased from “Reapeated client”
   – boats purchased with any special promotion of the Charter company where the booking is made.
